In 1906, Jean-Jacques Mercier-de Molin and Marie Mercier-de-Molin began construction of their summer residence on the hill of Pradegg, on an estate with an area of 37,126 m2, also including three summer houses. house and some outbuildings (barns, stables, sheds, etc.). The castle combines neo-renaissance and neo-baroque styles. The interior decoration is due to the painter decorator Otto Alfred Briffod. The castle is surrounded by a magnificent park.
